This series draws on personal motifs from the photographer's childhood memories, such as enjoying a piece of strawberry cake or cooling off on hot summer days in an undersized pool. In a modern and stylish manner, the series captures the individual emotions and subjective experiences of the Berlin summer in four photographs. Through the use of light, color, space and object the viewer is meant to experience the unique feeling that the photographer associates with the Berlin summer.
